Trisha Krishnan’s beautiful mother Uma Krishnan is all set to face camera soon. This is not for a film though. She would be doing an ad film along with her daughter. She is roped in for Kohinoor brand Basmati rice.

Uma Krishnan has never showed interest to come in front of the camera, even though she is busy looking after her daughter’s dates and all. Many directors made desperate attempts to get a nod from her but she said firm ‘No’.

Even Kamal Haasan tried to have her in the star cast for Manmadhan Ambu, but she politely denied his request. But she liked the concept of this ad which doesn’t need her to emote but be just herself and therefore she accepted the offer. Who knows, this might be the first step for her towards the silver screen!

Few days ago, Tollywood news circles reported that actress Trisha is calling it quits and taking next step in her life. It was reported that Trisha was engaged to a businessman and the marriage will take place sometime next year after she wraps up the already signed films.

Trisha denied the engagement gossips and stated that she hasn’t found her Mr. Perfect yet. “…since so many of ull hav asked me just to clarify I am not getting engaged nor am I getting married to anyone in the near future.” Trisha posted on her Twitter page.

She told that she would announce it publicly if she finds her soul mate. “If this crazy rumour was true I would b the first to share it with u guys..Nothing to hide..Also I havnt met my Mr.Right...”Trisha added.
